Eggs and Elevators
Join us for a fun and informative session focused on elevator operations and best practices from both sides of the industry. You will learn what day to day elevator upkeep looks like on the property management side, what to expect from your elevator service provider, and how to set realistic expectations for service, timelines, and repairs.
We will cover elevator safety, required testing and inspections, and practical tips for communicating with residents during outages or maintenance. Plus, you will have the opportunity for hands on, on-site Q and A at the elevator, making this a perfect event for visual learners who want to see it all in action.
