We have been a member of SCAA for years.  The relationships that I have built with this association far exceeds my expectations.  I am excited to watch the growing membership and I want to be a part of it! 

 

I always want to participate in the functions because of the positive energy and happiness that Liz brings.  She is a big reason for my participation. Simply put, I don’t want to let her down.   Liz has such commitment to the Association and how it is flourishing.

I am very excited to be a part of the SCCA.  I have formed many long lasting relationships networking through the SCCA.  I have learned a great deal through the educational opportunities that they offer.  I love being a part of the planned activities and meetings It is always a good time.  I look forward to a long involvement in the Space Coast Apartment Association.

Annual Dues:

Annual dues for Owner/Manager Members are based on a community's total number of units.

1-100 Units: $168 plus $1.15 per unit

101-200 Units: $338 plus $.80 per unit

201-300 Units: $522 plus $.75 per unit

301 Units & Above: $815 plus $.60 per unit

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your community joins on or after October 1st your dues payment will include a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the given year plus the next years dues.  If your community joins prior to October 1st dues will be the equivalent of one full year of membership, and a pro-rated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in November.
