Annual Dues:

Annual dues for Owner/Manager Members are based on a community's total number of units.

1-100 Units: $147 plus $1.15 per unit

101-200 Units: $294 plus $.80 per unit

201-300 Units: $456 plus $.75 per unit

301 Units & Above: $712 plus $.60 per unit

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your community joins on or after October 1st your dues payment will include a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the given year plus the next years dues.  If your community joins prior to October 1st dues will be the equivalent of one full year of membership, and a pro-rated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in November.
