Venue Update & Cooling Notice:

While we previously announced a new venue location for this year’s Trade Show, due to a number of logistical and operational factors, we have made the decision to move the event back to our original venue space.

For those who may have concerns regarding air conditioning issues experienced last year, we want to assure you that the venue has confirmed multiple cooling systems have been replaced over the past several months. In addition, SCAA is exploring supplemental portable cooling options to help keep the environment comfortable. Our goal is to ensure the show feels more like a cool ocean breeze and less like a midsummer heat wave.

Important Details:

  • Eligibility: Attendees must be employed by a property management company

  • Age Requirement: This event is for ages 18 and older

  • Prohibited Attendees: Non exhibiting vendors and suppliers are strictly prohibited from attending
