Today, we proudly celebrate a major milestone for the Space Coast Apartment Association, our 40th Anniversary.

Since our founding in 1986, SCAA has grown alongside our members, evolving into a trusted resource, advocate, and connector for the multifamily housing industry across the Space Coast and Treasure Coast. What began as a dedicated group of industry professionals has become a thriving community committed to excellence, collaboration, and progress.

Over the past four decades, SCAA has played a vital role in shaping the local multifamily landscape. Through education, advocacy, and meaningful engagement, we have supported thousands of professionals, strengthened industry relationships, and contributed to the growth of the communities we serve.
