Manage your SCAA Membership in the Member Compass
Learn how to manage your membership with SCAA directly from the Member Compass. This feature is a part of our association management software, Novi AMS. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with all the benefits membership in SCAA provides.
The Member Compass
As soon as you log into the SCAA website, you’ll be redirected to your Member Compass. The Member Compass allows you to view and pay for open invoices, update the contact information for your individual or company profile, view event registrations, view continuing education credits, and more! In addition, you can see your membership status and access additional information such as upcoming SCAA events or the latest industry news.
A Quick Note about Access Levels: Any logged in user can see their Dashboard, their membership status, orders and transactional history, view current or past event registrations, and update their personal profile information. Depending on your access level, you may also see information about your company.
- You can update Company information if you are the Primary Contact , Billing Contact, or have been granted Management Access. With this permission level you can add or remove staff for the Company, update Company contact information, and custom fields (if applicable). Contact us for assistance if your Company Name needs to be updated.
Dashboard: Click the Dashboard tab at any time to go to the main screen.
The dashboard shows the current number of upcoming events you’re registered for and how many outstanding invoices you have. Note: if you do not have an open invoices, or are not registered for any upcoming events, the corresponding section does not display.
Pay Balance: Pay or print open invoices on your account.
Account History: View past transactions, view or print invoices, and pay open invoices from this tab. Primary Contacts, Billing Contacts, and those with management access will also be able to see transactions billed to their company, all sub-companies, and other related contacts of the company.
My Events: Displays upcoming events that you are registered to attend. Add the event to your calendar using the link to the right of the event. Need to download a report of your Continuing Education Credits? You can do that here too! Simply click the Continuing Education Report button.
My Orders: If you've made any product purchases, those orders display here. If you don't have any orders, the tab will not be displayed.
Profile: Update your profile information in this tab. Changes made here will update what appears on your individual directory profile. Upload your headshot, links to social media profiles, and any other information you’d like to share with other Space Coast Apartment Association members.
Login & Password: Easily update your login credentials and password here.
Payment Methods: This section allows you to add, update, or delete your saved payment methods.
Company: If you see the word Company, your account has access to update the Company profile. Use this section to update the company contact information, website, logo, address, and description. Changes made here update your Company's Member Directory listing. Note, if you need to update the Company name, contact us for assistance.
Staff: If you see the word Staff, you have the ability to update the staff at the Company, as well as grant or remove Management Access.
