Mark Cukro

Mark is the President of Plus One Consulting, Inc., and the founder of Service Team Training and MaintenanceVideos.com.

A nationally recognized speaker, Mark is a leading resource in service team development and training for the multifamily industry. He brings decades of hands on experience helping organizations strengthen maintenance operations, elevate service team performance, and develop high impact training programs.

Mark holds numerous industry certifications, including CAPS, CAMT I, CAMT II, and CPO. He is a Certified Pool Operator Instructor through the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance and serves as an EPA proctor for the new 608 certification. He has also completed all HVAC Excellence courses and is an NAAEI Instructor. Mark contributed to the development of the updated CAMT program through the National Apartment Association Education Institute.

Prior to founding his own company, Mark served as Director of Service Team Development for Colonial Properties Trust, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange traded company that managed 148 properties and more than 48,000 apartment homes.

Outside of the multifamily industry, Mark is also a professional Jiu Jitsu coach and owns and operates a martial arts academy in Harrisburg, North Carolina. He is an active real estate investor and recently completed construction of a new building as part of his commercial and residential real estate portfolio.
