Andee serves the Weller Family of Companies directing and supporting the Human Resources, IT Support, IT Infrastructure, Marketing and Training Departments. Her favorite part of her job is working with her dynamic team on strategy and development for ways to raise the standards for support and service to our Operations Teams. Before coming to Weller, Andee has held virtually every position from leasing consultant to division manager in her twenty years in property management working for The Klein Company, Bainbridge Companies, and Trammell Crow Residential Services. Andee has been a small business owner, is a CAM designate, NAAEI Instructor, and served as President of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando.
