Professional Bio
As Director of Training & Talent Development, Ms. Agudo is responsible for the oversight of all training related programs for all Royal American Management employees. The training department develops and delivers training and workshop activities that engage employees, meet learning objectives, and contribute to training program objectives and performance targets. Ms. Agudo is also responsible for conducting Community Manager training monthly for all newly hired and promoted Assistant Community Managers and Community Managers. Ms. Agudo joined the Royal American family in 2013. She has over 20 years of management experience in both retail and property management. She serves on the AAGO Foundation Board as Director, and on numerous AAGO, FAA, and IREM committees. She also serves on the RA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Ms. Agudo has her CAM, Modern Certified Classroom (MCCT) certification and Virtual Facilitator Certification through NAAEI.
