The SCAA Board consists of 6 Management Directors, 4 Associate (Supplier) Directors, and The Executive Committee. Officers may serve in a specific role for a 1-year term to succeed their position with the approval of the nominating committee. The President has the option to serve a second term without the approval of the nominating committee. Directors each serve a maximum of 2 consecutive year terms. Officers and Directors are selected by a Nominating Committee annually following a call for nominations in May. The "slate" is ratified by the SCAA Membership in November.
