Annual Dues:

Annual dues for Owner/Manager Members are based on a community's total number of units.

1-100 Units: $181 plus $1.24 per unit

101-200 Units: $365 plus $.86 per unit

201-300 Units: $564 plus $.81 per unit

301 Units & Above: $880 plus $.65 per unit

Membership Dues Calculation: All SCAA memberships follow the calendar year (January 1st -December 31st). Most memberships expire on December 31st, and we prorate dues on the 2nd consecutive year of membership. All memberships are set to automatically renew. Membership benefits are non-refundable and are company-based.

Please note: If a community joins on or after October 1st, the dues invoice will include a prorated amount for the remainder of the current year, as well as the full dues for the next year.

Supplier Partner

Companies that serve the multi-family housing industry may join as Supplier Partner Members.
